Article 13

RESERVED RIGHTS

13.1 Reservation of Rights: The UBOT retains and reserves to itself all rights, powers, and authority vested in it, whether exercised or not, including but not limited to the right to plan, manage, and control the University of Florida and in all respects carry out the ordinary and customary functions of management.

13.2 Limitations. All such rights, powers, and authority are retained by the UBOT subject only to those limitations expressly imposed by this Agreement. Only violations of such limitations shall be subject to Article 11, Grievance Procedure.
