1) Approval of agenda

No grievances

Bargaining: Frank will get minutes from student government health insurance committee. It is in the contract that we be represented. Erika G. was interested in serving. Dates are Dec. 6 & 7.

Health Care: Frank will chair.

Organizing:
brainstorming and planning for Dec. 5th social

Stewards:
New Astronomy steward, Erika meeting her on Wednesday.

3) Exec committee format
No decisions, discussion on efficient way to carry out business officers were elected to fulfill. Will use Robert's Rules if a problem arises get through agenda.

4) Release time
Maria and Candi will work on list of office work. Will include:
--revamping our literature, getting good supply together
--calling members, telling them about upcoming meetings and what projects are going on
--member handbook: re-print?
immediate need for publicity for general meeting
--will work on postcard

5) CC gave AGEL report, see report.
April 5-7th is AGEL organizing conference. Fall 2002 will be in Florida.
