If you are not located in Gainesville, and cannot vote on the on-campus locations, please follow these instructions: 

1. Print the "CBA RATIFICATION" PDF below.
2. Fill out the first page with your information (This will allow us to ensure only GAs are voting).
3. Vote "yes" or "no" on the ballot form on the second page. 
4. Place the ballot form ONLY in an unmarked envelope and seal (This will keep your vote secret). 
5. Mail this envelope containing your ballot, along with the information form, in a second envelope addressed to:
